Otherwise, people can do creative activities such as painting, arts and crafts, gardening, and cooking new cuisines. Try to avoid stress activities because that may impact your mental health. 4. ADEQUATE SLEEP

5. EXERCISE

People need to do exercise at least 20-30 minutes per day in the morning or evening to improve their healthy lifestyle. Exercise is an important tip for how to maintain good health.   Exercise helps to maintain blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol, reduce the risk of heart attack, and maintain your body weight and fitness. In addition, it aids in strengthening your bones, muscles, and joints. People can do exercise such as running, hiking, yoga, jogging, swimming and many more.
